Effingut Experience

By accessing or using the Effingut Experience website and its services, including but not limited to event booking and merchandise purchases, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you are advised not to use the website or services.

1. Event Booking Terms

a. Sunday Brunch & Corporate Lunch

  • All event bookings are subject to availability.
  • Requests for modification or cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, seating preferences, AV setup) should be specified at the time of booking.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit note may be offered.

b. Corporate Events & Group Bookings

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm corporate bookings.
  • The final guest list and service requirements must be communicated no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
  • Custom branding, experiential elements, or additional setup requests will incur additional charges and must be pre-approved in writing.

2. Merchandise Terms

  • All merchandise orders will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds for returned merchandise (where applicable) shall be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to the Company (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent use of the website or its services;
  • Upload, transmit, or disseminate viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, visuals, graphics, trademarks, service marks, audio-visual material, and logos, available on the website are the intellectual property of Effingut or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any such material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Effingut shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the website or services;
  • Any errors or delays in processing bookings or orders;
  • Inaccuracies in website content.

All services and products are provided on an “as is” basis, and no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are provided.

6. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Continued use of the website and services after any such changes will constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
